​TEAM is a homegrown arts, music and cultural non-profit initiative dedicated to the production, promotion and organization of original programming, projects and events in the Exeter area.  TEAM also works directly with businesses
and civic groups, providing education on how to better allocate cultural support and funding so that it directly
benefits artists, musicians, and performers with direct ties to the community.​

Particular focus is on building a stronger community, revitalizing the
downtown area, cultivating a vibrant arts scene, and attracting new visitors. 

TEAM is a community initiative of the Arts Industry Alliance, a New Hampshire not for profit corporation.
